Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Being an individual investor I applaud Mr. Levitt's idea of Fair 
Disclosure. Each of us as investors should be able to get information on 
a company we have stock in, or plan to invest in. Getting the same 
information at the same time as the large investor companies could 
actually help those companies with good information. If these public 
companies give information to one, why not to all, The information is 
going to get out anyway, maybe to late for some. We're all investors so 
lets be fair.
