Subject: Propose Selective Disclosure Regulation


Selective disclosure is a subtrafuge to avoid the intent of Full 
Disclosure.  Public investors, and I am one, are in dire need of 
regulation in this area.  In reality I become a speculator instead 
of an investor when I am shut out  of the loop with such devices as 
the Private Investor Conference.
