Date: 03/24/2000 12:20 PM Subject: Selective Disclosure of Company Information Dear SEC: I applaud you for considering making selective disclosure of important information about publicly traded companies a thing of the past. It is patently unfair for selected stock analysts/brokers to receive potentially important information before the general investing public. Why should they have the advantage of acting on information before it becomes general knowledge? They shouldn't! Please do away with selective disclosure. Sincerely, Bruce E. Willham
