I recently watched my sizable portfolio in Natures Bounty stock drop from 
the $14/share to $7/share range in the span to 2 days. On the 3rd day, NBTY 
released an earnings warning, two days after privately releasing the 
information to analysts. This is wholly unfair. I support the rule change 
57-31-99. All traders should have equal information, not just large trading 
houses.
