Dear Sirs;
     
I understand you are contemplating regulations that would require firms to 
disclose information currently limited to a few select professional 
investors by teleconference calls etc.
     
As a small individual investor I applaud your efforts and urge you to 
implement rules so that all public firm information disclosed is readily 
accessible to all investors on a timely basis.
     
This may sound corny, but as a US citizen, rugged individualism has helped 
shape this great country.  With the revolutionary changes in investing 
because of the web, open company disclosure to all investors is very 
important.  It enables a free market to work properly that will be 
beneficial to all investors, companies and consumers.
