Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Mr. Levitt:
Being a very small individual investor, I feel it is extremely unfair 
that some are  "privy" to company info.  I try to base my decisions on 
available data, info, etc. and not Wall Street hype.  If public 
companies are to be truely public, should not all info available to 
divulged to the public and not special interests or on a preferred 
basis.  That given, everyone would have an equal opportunity to make 
investment choices.
