Subject: Selective release of information to brokerage companies.
 
     
Madam/Sir:
     
We are a successful society because of the free and open release of 
information to any citizen. The current policy of the average citizen being 
kept out of the loop regarding pertinent company financial information is 
un-American and should no longer be allowed to continue. The present 
arrangement encourages insider dealings which is unfair. Please change to an 
open system ASAP.   Thank you.  Pat Vescio
