Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Sir or Madam:
     
I'm writing to strongly support Proposed Regulation FD. As an individual 
investor who makes decisions based in part on public corporate news, I 
would greatly appreciate stronger regulations regarding more egalitarian 
and timely disclosure of corporate information.
