I am writing to support implementation of this rule.  I think it is a 
question of fairness.  I see no reason why analysts should obtain material 
information before the general public.
     
The claims of brokerage firms ring hollow on this one.  Just like they fought 
deregulation of commissions, they are fighting this rule.  And again, they 
are wrong.
