Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Hello,
     
I am writing in favor of your proposed rule to prohibit selective 
disclosure of information by publicly traded corporations.
     
I am an individual investor who is unhappy with the Wall Street practice 
of providing earnings guidance to a selected cadre of analysts. This 
practice is offensive and unfair to the individual investor, and it has a 
chilling effect on needed criticism of company management.
     
Please do not bow to pressure from Wall Street. Dealing in inside 
information is wrong and should be prohibited.
