Subject: Fair Disclosure

     
I am very happy that the SEC is intending  to impliment new Fair Disclosure 
rules.  It is not complex as opponents claim.  All that is needed is that 
whatever is disclosed to the analysts and the investment professional should 
be available to all ordinary investors like myself.  It is not hard in these 
days of internet broacasts.
