Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

It is about time that the SEC is looking out for the "little guy".  I am 
retired and am trying to do the best with my finances.  The inequity in the 
stock market makes a roulette game look like a better deal than buying 
stocks with no information until the the "biggies" have their field day and 
the stocks are influenced by the "insider" information they receive.
