Date: 03/23/2000 10:28 AM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Sirs, I have been an individual stock investor for over 20 years. I manage a portfolio of several dozen US stocks totaling several million dollars. The reason I invest only in US securities is in large part because of the good work of the SEC in assuring that the American securities markets are the fairest, most level, in the world. I applaud you in you ongoing efforts to keep our markets fair. I have long held the view that when Corporations disclose material company information in closed conferance calls, or in closed door analysts meetings, that they are in violation of SEC regulations as I understand them. Securities anaylsts represend large Wall Street firms, not the public. Please fight for full PUBLIC disclosure. Thank you, Matt Sullivan, investor.
