Subject: Recommendations to Prohibit or Curtail Selective Disclosure 

I have been an investor for about 2 years and I am firmly against selective 
disclosure by financial institutions relating to equities trading.  I fully 
support the SEC position on recommending elimination of selective 
disclosure practices of financial institutions.
