Subject: Comment on Proposed Regulation FD
 
Sir or Madam,
     
I am strongly in favor of requiring publicly-held companies to make 
public disclosures, rather than selective disclosures.  I encourage you 
to adopt Regulation FD, and to energetically enforce it.
