Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am a novice investor with a small portfolio but I have already learned that 
analysts comments are manipulative and self serving.  As a small investor I 
would be grateful to have an even playing field with the big guys.  By the 
time they put a buy on a stock all of the big money is ready to sell and take 
their profits.  Anything you can do to rectify this matter would be 
appreciated by all of us small investors.
