Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlelmen,
     
America is a tremendous country in no small part due to the freedom of 
information that allows us all to be the greatest that we can be (either 
individually or collectively).  You have proposed some rule changes that 
are a tremendous step forward in the name of fairness and should be 
applauded for that.  Please don't reverse this movement that allows us 
all to be equally aware about the information of business.
     
Today, we'll tackle selective disclosure, tomorrow let's look at pre-IPO 
purchases and then off hours trading.
