Subject: selective disclosure

I believe it is a good idea to eliminate selective 
disclosure.  I believe all investors should have equal 
access to information.  I am an individual investor 
and have to compete with institutional investors and 
they already have too many adavantages that individual 
investors don't have. I am glad you are taking steps 
to level the playing field.
