Subject: Leveling the playing field

To whim it may concern,
     
This subject of leveling the playing field with respect to the 
dissemination of securities
information struck a loud chord, especially after hearing Alan 
Greenspan's comments this
morning.  In his speech, he alludes to the fact that the economy depends 
upon the democratic
process and the equality of growth and prosperity if the economy is 
going to expand
favorably. To this end, the equal availability of information is the 
first step in allowing
each and every individual the opportunity to take part in the personal 
and collective
growth in the 21st century.
