Subject: comments on S7-31-99


Dear Sir/Madam:
     
I would like to know if anyone has sent any comments on " selective disclosure 
and Insider Trading" for the proposed rule: S7-31-99. I am very keen reading 
those comments if you could place them over the web as you have proposed to do 
so as mentioned in the article.
