Date: 03/22/2000 3:49 PM Subject: Proposed Regulation FD I just want to weigh in my support for the proposed full disclosure rule under consideration at this time. The new rule puts into place what most investors believe is supposed to be happening in the first place. Beyond full disclosure, I don't see how the current practice of selective disclosure can be seen as anything but a direct violation of insider trading rules. Just because everyone's doing it doesn't make it fair, and doesn't mean that advantages aren't being gained by some while others lose out. Close this loop hole now for the good of all investors, and let open competition (for our business) reign in the industry. John Savageau (NASD Series 6) CSS Quality Consultant
