Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlemen:
     
I and my colleagues are happy to hear of this pending rule change.  We do 
all our trading and investment analysis via the Internet, and are always 
digging for the latest news about companies of interest.  It is a repugnent 
thought that privileged brokers are able to allow their clients and 
themselves to profit from inside information while we must rely on our wits 
and judgement.
     
Please take courage in promoting this "leveling of the playing field rule." 
It's the American way.
