Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

This is truly excellent news that the SEC is trying to level the playing 
field for investors such as myself.  I see no reason why there should be any 
special favors given to Wall Street analysts and not to all investors. 
Because of a former employers IPO, I now have over $1m invested in the 
market and I see no reason why I should not have the same availability as 
Wall Street to information.  In order to be a "public" company, everyone 
should have equal access.  After all, insiders are strictly regulated with 
what they can and can not do, the same should apply here.
