Subject: Selective Disclosure and Insider Trading

I completely support the proposed rule changes to support full disclosure. 
Selective disclosure provides unfair advantage to Wall Street and other 
institutional investors at the direct expense of individuals.  Financial 
Information should be made available to all shareholders at the same time in 
order to provide for an open and fair marketplace.
