Subject: Proposed Regulatiion FD

Dear Sirs:
     
Changing the Investor classification form Outsider  (the current member of the 
investing general public) to "Equally Informed" is greatly welcome.
     
There should not be different levels of disclosure  outside of the inner 
confidential working of the listed entity.  Once they "go public" with the 
information then we should all get it at the same time in identical 
understandable format .
