Subject: selective disclosure...

Sirs,
   Selective disclosure is not what fair play and justice for all is 
about...basically,it allows the rich to become more so,and mandates that the 
poor (and trying hard not to be) wallow in in the darkness of ignorance.
    These are public companies we're discussing,available for investing by 
all who see fit,and any and all public discussion of internal events,or other 
non-proprietary knowledge related to that company must be available for all.
