Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor, I strongly favor complete 
and timely disclosure of all information pertinent to 
company stock performance.  I have long observed 
"mysterious" stock performance patterns before major 
announcements are made and feel this can only be due 
to advance information being available to privileged 
parties.  Please level the information playing field.
