Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I recently read an article on the Motley Fool web site concerning above subject 
and wholeheartedly support SEC efforts to level the playing field in this 
respect.   Chairman Arthur Levitt is on the right track!  Let the information be
provided to one and all alike and then let them decide how to react to it rather
than be subjected to the present chicanery.
