Subject: Proposed regulation FD

I understand we are in the public comment time of this proposed regulation to 
"level the playing field" by limiting selective disclosure.  In a time when 
relative truth seems to abound, I feel the moves you are proposing to make 
should be required, not an option.  As an individual investor, I  of course want
to acquire information fairly.  The inside trading potential here must be 
addressed.  Too many individuals are acquiring wealth as analysts with no real 
effort.  Let's keep some integrity in the system.  I admonish you to continue in
this appropriate direction.
