Subject: proposed regulation FD

Yours is a superb idea whose time has come. It is indeed the "fairest".
By the time we try to sort out the information that is selectively forwarded 
opportunities  are lost to us but not it seems to many of the "big Boys" We 
don't need home runs, but it would be nice to be standing on second or third 
with a chance to get to home. Thank You Mr.. L. You have made me a fan of yours.
