Date: 03/24/2000 12:30 AM Subject: Selective Disclosure!!! As a small investor I am ardently opposed to the current practice of companies which restrict the free flow of important imformation to the general public. This practice, overtly disingenuos, akin to organized criminal activities, has the effect of burdening the smaller investors with higher costs. In a free society the markets should be open to all investors, wether they are investing one million dollars, or one hundred dollars, they should both be privy to the same information. By selectively disclosing information to the chosen few, they are restricting a free and open market. We are at the beginning of a new renaisance, a new chapter in world history, you can stand idly by and do nothing, or you can take your place in history. The choice is obvious. J.R.
