Subject: Rule FD

Dear Sirs:
     
I excitedly read the article about Regulation FD. Many times in class we had 
discusses this unfair procedure of divulging material comany information 
selectively to some analysts, and after a time lag, disclosing it to the public 
at large. 
     
Without discussing the well known facts regarding the benefits of this 
regulation, i would like to thank you for the steps taken in the right 
direction.................
