Subject: Proposed regulation FD

To whom it may concern,
     
I fully support proposed regulation FD.  For too long, corporations have used 
selective disclosure to obfuscate their true situation from the general public 
by taking advantage of their symbiotic relationship with the financial 
community.  Fair disclosure will take away a method for big brokerage houses to 
make short-term profits on market movements generated by delayed release of 
information.
     
It has taken a long time for the SEC to take action on this obviously 
self-serving practice.  I congratulate Arthur Levitt and his team for their 
initiative on the subject.
