Subject: Regulation FD

Dear Sirs:  
     
I am in favor of this proposed regulation simply because in todays investment 
enviorment information is power.  Someone once said  " the golden rule is --- 
He who has the gold makes the rules."  The same can be now said about 
information.  
     
I am an individual investor that follows the markets on a regularly.
