Subject: Proposed Regulation FD
 
In my opinion the SEC should insure that all people have equal access to 
all important information relating to investments supervised by the
SEC.  As agents of a government "for the people", you have a duty to 
insure that all people are treated equally with regard to investment 
information.
     
Thank you for considering modifying your rules to improve fair 
disclosure of information to everyone.
