Subject: Proposed Regulation FD Comment

Please implement Proposed Regulation FD.  It is a good start in making the 
markets equally accessible to all investors, including
the individual investor, as I am.  Institutions and large investors have far 
less personally to gain or loose than those of us -
small investors - trying to prepare for our family's futures.  After all, we own
the companies in which we invest.  Company
management should speak directly to all of its owners.  Given its importance in 
advancing the quality of life for all of us, the
marketplace is no place for stealth, special favors, and inside strategy.
