Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Leveling the playing field could be the most important thing the SEC has done 
for individual investors since they eliminated odd-lot charges.  I strongly urge
the SEC to quickly implement this proposed rule.  I work in the financial media 
and it is obvious every day that this presently legal insider trading hurts the 
vast majority of investors.
     
Besides having access to information at the same time, the rule will benefit all
investors as analysts will have to write unbiased analysis.
