Subject: Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure)

In reference to SEC Proposes Rule To Ban Selective Disclosure of Material 
Information, 99-171, dated 15 December 1999, I am very pleased to see the 
SEC move towards a level playing field for all investors, independent of 
their portfolio size.  The proposed Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) would 
be a major step in this direction.  American investor everywhere will 
applaud your action.
