Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

The proposed regulation "requiring" companies to release information to the 
public in such a way that the big brokers, analysts and houses are cut out 
of the loop is probably the best thing that could happen.  It is about time 
the playing field was leveled a little.  I am tired of seeing one of my 
securities go crazy on no news and then a day or 2 later hear the good/bad 
news.  This tells me that a lot of people/institutions are getting the news 
a lot sooner than the public.  This in not good.  It is almost as bad as 
insider trading and, as far as I am concerned, should be treated as such.
