Subject: Proposed Regulation FD considerations

  Sir, 
My name is John Hubbell and I am a private investor. In my opinion, it 
is almost comically clear that the only parties that will fight this 
Regulation are the ones who have something to lose--the full service 
brokers and the "independent" analysts that support them. Those of us 
who are private investors support the opening of these Disclosures. I 
certainly do! I have difficulty imagining anyone that is not a Full 
Service Brokerage house or an analyst, not supporting this legislation.
