Subject: Concerning Selective Disclosure

Please force companies to disclose material information publicly and not 
selectively.
I should be able to to make decisions knowing all the same information 
that a fund manager or brokerage house agent may have.  I manage my own 
investments
and can only do so with good information.  It disappoints me that a firm 
may
be able to effect a stock price by dumping shares based on information 
that
has not even been made available to me yet.
