Subject: Fair Disclosure regulation

I strongly endorse the proposed regulation for fair disclosure. This is a good 
proposal that should enable the public at large to have a equal opportunity to 
make their own decisions based on timely information. I feel also that the 
format and medium through which the information is presented is equally 
important. Please give a great deal of consideration to these details.
