Subject: Disclosure Rule Changes

Dear Sirs:
     
I strongly support changes to eliminate selective disclosure by public 
companies. As a small business owner who manages his own KEOGH thru 
stock invenstments, I invest carefully but have still been hurt in the 
past by this practice. Please give this issue strong consideration as 
there is reason to provide "insider" preference to institutional 
investors and brokerage firms.
