Date: 03/21/2000 6:32 PM Subject: Comments on Proposed Regulation FD I strongly support the proposed SEC ruling to combat selective disclosure of material corporate information in favor of public disclosure. Publicly traded companies should be required to give (all of) their shareholders the same information they currently provide to a select group of individuals and organizations. The only argument in favor of selective disclosure is that it allows some Wall Street denizens to make a lot of money simply by being the conduits of information that could readily be given to everyone.
