Subject: Partial vs Full disclosure

     
To the SEC,
     
As a foreign investor in the US markets, I roundly applaud the progressive 
and democratizing actions of the SEC in supporting Full Disclosure by 
publicly traded companies. I hope all markets around the world follow this 
example. The free-flow of information and ideas is paramount to the proper 
functioning of a free market.
