Subject: comments on Proposed Regulation FD

To Whom It May Concern:
     
I am writing in support of the SEC's proposal to discourage or eliminate 
'selective disclosure' of company information to large brokers and 
analysts. I feel that this custom is bad for the market and manifestly 
unfair to the avaerage investor.  I hope the SEC will persevere in it's
effort to level the playing field and make the stock market a truly open one.
