Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Please do not bow to big business lobbies.  The SIA is against any 
regulation that does not favor its membership to put it mildly. Your 
proposed regulation requiring full disclosure levels the playing field 
between the investment banks, dealers, institutional buyers and the small 
investor.
