Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD"

Pleased be advised that my wife and I strongly support your proposed 
disclosure regulations. I am an expatriate American pilot working in The 
United Arab Emirates. I have no company retirement plan and my wife and 
I are serious investors concerned with providing our own comfortable 
retirement. Your proposed regulation would level the playing field for 
those of us who want to manage our own money in a careful and 
responsible manner.
