Thank you for the advancement of a free, open and equitable 
marketplace by proposing Fair Disclosure of material corporate information. As 
an  investor, I strongly support Proposed Regulation FD. All stock 
holders deserve the same information as large institutional and broker 
operations. The SEC is doing a laudable job of proving that government 
has an essential and irreplaceable role in defending the free market. I am 100% 
behind this regulation Thank you for moving the US investment market in
