Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I agree completely with the tenets of the proposed regulations. The 
major brokerages have profited far too long on the ignorance of the 
consumer. The old system was an elitist system whose time has come. 
Requiring companies to disclose relevant information publicly is in the 
spirit of fair play.
